Putting you in control
You pick the contracting companies that you feel are right for each stage of your job. Pricing is often close between bids so you may pick a company based on reputation, incentive or availability.
You pay all contracting companies directly. Many of them will require a deposit with a signed bid at the time of scheduling. AS™ does not accept fees or commissions from any contracting companies. Nor do we pay them on your behalf.
We will provide you with an estimated target schedule based on reasonable completion times. However, you will schedule contracting companies based on their availability and your convenience. We can also coordinate the building phase of your pool for an additional fee.
Once permits have been issued and utilities have been cleared you can break ground and begin!
What makes us different.
This is where our customers save money. Once the design process is complete we will help you obtain binding written bids from reputable licensed and bonded contracting companies for each phase of your project based on your approved design. Many of these companies have done thousands of pools locally and have excellent working relationships with each other resulting in better ‘hand-off’.
